The content of Bluecontor.com are the service offerings of Chanul, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, US with registration number L16000221497. Chanul, LLC’s web service Bluecontor.com offers Services as a membership in: Cloud Storage and Sharing, Repository and Processor of User Data, Messaging system, Online calculators and Accounting software (collectively known thereafter as ‘Services’).

Chanul, LLC and associated companies, and references in this document to “us,” “our,” and “we” refer to Chanul, LLC, Bluecontor Technologies (trading name of Chanul, LLC) and Bluecontor.com.

Please read these terms and conditions (the Terms) carefully. All rights are hereby reserved. Our Services are strictly used for legitimate purposes and cannot be used to store pornographic or malignous files, etc. We reserve the right to terminate the account if the user is found violating our Terms of Service as laid out in this T&Cs.

Your files, data or material that you upload or post into our Services belongs to you. You agree that Chanul, LLC may maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you give us permission to use your and other user’s non-identifiable, aggregated data to improve our services or to design promotions.

The online calculators should be used to generate an estimate figure only. We do not guarantee its accuracy. All the calculators and calculations formulas has been programmed and designed as accurate as possible and to the best of our knowledge. However we do not give any guarantees for differences/discrepancies, etc.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Our Services are offered as a subscription into different monthly (30 days) membership plans, paid on American USD. Once you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be stored, and it will be charged recurrently at the start of subsequent period(s). Once you have paid, we are not able to offer you a refund or a prorate of the days that you have not used. However, being a monthly subscription service, you can cancel at any time during the month, and you will have access to Bluecontor Services for the rest of that month.

You are to download your data prior cancellation; in case you need we may assist you on this task upon agreeing on a fee. After cancelling, we reserve the right to delete your data still stored into our Website.

In the event of unpaid memberships, we grant you a 30 day grace period for the account to become up-to-date, during which period we will try reasonable efforts to reach you. Once the grace period ends and in the event no payment is effected, then we reserve the right to delete your data still stored into our Website.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

Bluecontor and the Bluecontor logo are the Registered Trademark of Chanul, LLC and the content of this site are part of its intellectual property. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Chanul, LLC.

Our Statement of Facts layout formats have been designed as per researching dozens of the most common layouts. Any similarity with other layout formats is purely coincidental. Ultimately, user assumes all responsibility in the usage of any of the available layouts.
